Description: On November 1, 2011, Plaintiff was walking near his residence when an officer pressed his firearm into Plaintiff’s back and pushed him into the lobby of a nearby residential building. Plaintiff was searched, including by Defendant Police Officer Frank Geosits. Plaintiff was found to have three cellular telephones and an iPod during the unlawful search, and was arrested.
Plaintiff was arraigned that day and charged with possession of stolen property and criminal trespass. He could not make bail and was sent to Rikers.
