Description: On December 25th, 2012, plaintiff was inside his home in Brooklyn, New York. Inside the apartment was plaintiff's Mom and plaintiff's friend. Defendant POs were responding to a report that plaintiff's friend had violated an order of protection. Plaintiff informed POs that they could not enter without a warrant. The police tasered plaintiff and entered. Plaintiff was taken to central booking after being treated for his wounds.
