Description: On February 1, 2019, plaintiff was pulled over while driving his automobile by members of the NYPD, including detectives Vincent Ferrante and Stephen Jones. The officers falsely asserted that Plaintiff had failed to put on his turn signal. An officer patted plaintiff down and found a small amount of marijuana in his pocket. The officers then handcuffed plaintiff and transported him to the 113th Precinct and later to Queens General Hospital. Plaintiff was handcuffed to a bed at the hospital for approximately two hours before being transported to Queens Central Booking.
