Description: On August 11, 2019, P.O. BENITEZ ordered Plaintiff to exit the parking lot when Plaintiff was lawfully parked in the parking lot adjacent to the baseball fields in the public park on Rodman’s Road, Bronx County. P.O. BENITEZ prevented Plaintiff from traveling northbound on Roadman’s Road by blocking the road with his body and patrol vehicle. P.O. BENITEZ performed an illegal and unauthorized search of Plaintiff’s person without reasonable suspicion to believe that Plaintiff had committed a crime. P.O.
