Description: Plaintiff was in the backseat of a car when it was pulled over by the defendant police officers because they smelled marijuana from the plaintiff's moving car. Everyone in the car was searched and fraudulent bank cards and checks were allegedly found. The defendants determined that the plaintiff was in the rear passenger seat and had no ties to the owners of the car but still searched and questioned her about drugs and contraband. Everyone was arrested and taken to the 81st precinct where the plaintiff and another woman passenger were paraded around the precinct while the women were catcalled and called prostitutes within earshot.
