Description: On December 27, 2020, P.O. arrested the Plaintiff while he was at his home, 1677 St. John’s Place, County of Kings. At that time, Plaintiff was getting ready for work when his ex-girlfriend and the mother of his daughter came to his apartment and caused a domestic disturbance. The Plaintiff managed to keep his ex-girlfriend in the hallway, shut the door, and called 911 to mitigate the situation; unbeknownst to him, his ex-girlfriend also called the police. When P.O. arrived, P.O. called the Plaintiff down to the lobby of his building.
