Description: On November 1, 2012, Plaintiff scolded his 12 year old son in his home. No more than 2 hours later, Plaintiff realized his son was missing and went to the 75th precinct, where he was told he had to wait to file a report. NYPD Officers found Plaintiff's son and then arrested Plaintiff and charged him with Endangering the Welfare of a Child. After 24 hours in custody, Plaintiff was released and all charges were ultimately dismissed.
