Description: On September 23, 2022, Esmeralda Santana-Feliz (Plaintiff) was by defendants and for no reason and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained her in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was then arraigned after her arrest, and falsely and maliciously prosecuted with committing a crime. Plaintiff remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against her were terminated favorably.
