Description: On August 31, 2021, Plaintiff's ex made a scene in front of her apartment, kept ringing the bell, attempted to start a fire with the stove and stole her personal properties including among other things, a camera and iWatch. The ex called the police claiming that Plaintiff had punched her in the face and strangled her. Despites the lack of evidence, the absence of mark, bruises, bleeding on her face, Defendants police officers Danielle Martinez and Vanessa Solis arrested and charged Ms. Moreau with misdemeanor assault, among other charges.
