Description: On August 18, 2018, plaintiff was falsely arrested by defendants for trespassing into a privately-owned apartment building located at 9720 Kings Highway where he was visiting his friend who was a tenant in the building and who invited plaintiff into the building as her guest. On the same day, plaintiff visited his friend for around 2 hours and then left her apartment to go home. As plaintiff was about to exit his friend's apartment building, he ran into two acquaintances in the lobby of the building and chat with each other. Defendant POs walked directly with plaintiff and two acquaintances and unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, searched and falsely arrested and imprisoned plaintiff and the two men. Defen...
