Description: On May 18, 2022, plaintiff was walking towards a friend's residence when defendant-officers Jorge R. Ramos, Steven Guerrero, and two other officers exited their vehicle and approach plaintiff. Defendant-Officers Ramos and Guerrero began a search without probable cause. Officers Ramos and Guerrero pushed plaintiff to the ground, pulled his hoodie over his head, and punched him multiple times about the face. Plaintiff did not resist arrest. Other defendant-officers failed to intervene despite witnessing the actions of Ramos and Guerrero. Defendant-officers refused to provide plaintiff with information regarding his alleged charges.
