Description: On March 8, 2014, Plaintiff was waiting to present scrap metal for recycling. NYPD Officers Latvia Steele Lawrence, Daniel Perrino, Marlon Sanchez, Aziz Sidani unlawfully detained and arrested Plaintiff on false charges. They then prepared false reports, and strip searched Plaintiff.
