Description: On May 4, 2016 Plaintiff was riding the subway for work when he received a call from his then-girlfriend that NYPD officers, including Det. Sheeny, were at their home asking to speak to Plaintiff. Plaintiff voluntarily met the officers outside a subway stop in Brooklyn where Det. Sheeny and Det. Rossello stated that Plaintiffs name "came up" in an investigation. Plaintiff rode with the officers to the 114th Precinct where they questioned him and placed him in a lineup. After conducting multiple faulty identification procedures in an effort to implicate Plaintiff, the Individual Officers placed Plaintiff under arrest for three separate armed robberies. Judge Lopez signed off on a fraudulent search warrant for plaintiff's home and set an extremely high bail. Judge Lasak called the plaintff racial slurs and expressed a desire for the KKK to return. ADAs Brennan and Mccoy are accused of paying confidential informants to cooperate against the plaintiff. ADA Pete Lomp has withheld exculpatory evidence and coercing witnesses in plaintiff's homicide trial. Description: On March 12, 2012, Plaintiff was in the living room of a residence when police executed a search warrant. A number of people fled the scene, while Plaintiff remained on site. Officers allegedly found five handguns in bedrooms. Plaintiff was arrested and held at the 105th Precinct. Officers falsely swore that Plaintiff had been in possession of the firearms in both charging documents and to the grand jury. On July 13, 2012, the court dismissed all charges, and Plaintiff was finally released from jail after four months.
