Description: On August 26, 2015, Roberto Arias (Plaintiff) was standing outside talking with some of his friends when numerous police officers (Defendants) arrived on the scene and made repeated statements regarding the loud music. When defendant officers approached the group of people near the music, several of those individuals ran away. This behavior angered the officers who then began rounding the remaining individuals in the vicinity, including Plaintiff and his friends. Plaintiff, who had remained at the scene because he was not engaged in any wrongdoing, was shoved into a group of people and arrested.
