Description: On October 11, 2012, two plain clothes NYPD detective Gregory Jean-Baptiste and Sergeant Vassilios Adiniou stopped the plaintiff while he smoked a cigarette at or near 70 Rockaway Parkway in Brooklyn. Plaintiff was visiting Brooklyn to see a friend; he had biked to his destination and had a plastic bag of takeout food with him. Police patted the plaintiff down; upon being asked why, said they had received a call from a woman who said she saw a man with a gun on a bike.
